Clinical Study in Collaboration with the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, and the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.

1.

Consumption of both probiotic yogurt and regular yogurt significantly increased bowel movement frequency and improved overall stool quality compared with baseline, with significant improvements observed from the first week of consumption.
